Uttings customer service was brilliant, made a phone call to them about sizing and they were very helpful. My boots came up to Scotland in two days, excellent considering the recent weather. Be careful choosing the size of your Hunter Balmoral Classics. After wearing mine I have now came to the decision I have bought them too small, choosing my reglar size. My fiancée wears the same size in the classic range which come up a lot bigger. So be careful, they definitely are small made and I'm stuck with mine.

These are my second pair of HUNTER CLASSICS.. I practically live in mine, my last pair lasted me 7years. So warm/comfortable, and very hard wearing... Wouldnt be without them..
