Great value, comfotable boot from a good brand. But... despite Aigle's claim to be 100% waterproof, they are not. I used my first pair to walk through long wet grass while beating (it was not even raining and I was wearing gaitors) but my feet ended up soaked. These were instantly replaced by Aigle/Uttings, but the new ones still had the same problem.
I suspect that for splashing about in shallow puddles these boot are OK but it seems that water can get in through the tongue. I am keeping my replacement boots for dryer weather and bought a pair of Aigle wellies for the really wet stuff.
