Exceptional optics, clarity and sharpness, but where the 'Leica' word is stamped on centre and the front edge, paint rubs off revealing what looks like yellow brasslike metal beneath, making them look shabby within a few weeks of very careful use, initially treated like a baby. Irritating having paid a not insignificant amount for them. Cloth case supplied also barely adequate, stitching shoddy.
From an optical viewpoint, the best I've owned. Far superior in my opinion to the equivalent others, bar none.
