Using Gore WINDSTOPPER® soft shell, with its excellent stretch and windproof properties, the Windy Balaclava provides superb protection form the element and a close fit.
Flatlock seams and Lycra bound hems reduce rubbing, especially whilst wearing underneath a helmet. A fleece panel over the mouth area aids breathing and helps increase the temperature of air entering your lungs. In exceptionally cold environments this can prevent tissue damage.
