I ordered the bag on Thurs at 10am and it arrived Fri 2pm as stated in a text message from the carrier.The phone was answered on the 3rd bounce and i spoke to a human not an automated machine.I have a larger 100ltr bag i used while trekking the Amazon and all round Peru and its bomb proof and this little 25ltr XS bag is built the same and very tough, and as for size, you can stuff a large bed pillow into it so its ok for 4 nights out worth of clothes in a truck.
