Instructions for use
- Open outer film package by hand - do not cut
- Remove inner heat pad
- Gently shake and squeeze repeatedly for 1-2 minutes (other heat pads take up to 30 minutes to activate)
- Avoid direct contact with skin
- Place under clothing or in sleeping bag, as required - this will retain heat and maximise use
- If pad temperature falls, reactivate by gently shaking and squeezing
- Once the pad starts to warm up, contact should be maintained with the body to ensure that constant heat is generated
